FRENCH ASSOCIATION FOR AMERICAN STUDIES (AFEA)/ CALL FOR PANELS (deadline: Sept. 20)
University of Strasbourg, France, June 6 to 9, 2017
The French Association for American Studies (AFEA) will be hosting its 50th conference at the University of Strasbourg, France, from June 6 to 9, 2017. Its unifying theme will be 'The Pursuit of Happiness'. The conference will cover all areas of American studies, and panels may also address various professional issues (research and teaching innovations).
The scientific organizers are welcoming panel proposals by members of the EAAS who may be interested in taking part in this event. Panels are usually jointly run by two colleagues (who may be from the same country and institution), yet we also accept panels proposed by one individual academic .
